You can place your order online or call 1-850-462-9485 during business days from 8:00 a.m. EST to 4:30 p.m. EST. A valid phone number or email address is required to place an order so that we can contact you if there is a question about your order. An order that does not have a valid phone number or email address may not be fulfilled.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Smart Art Crafts Gift Cards and eGiftcards as payment for online orders.
Confirmation and Shipping: When you submit your order, we will confirm your account information and reserve the funds necessary to complete the purchase. However, we will not charge your credit card for your purchase until we have shipped your order. In general, orders are shipped via UPS Ground within two days of order placement, via UPS Ground. Tax Exemption: If your organization is tax exempt, please use the name of the organization in the billing address. The credit card used must be a card issued in the name of the tax exempt organization. Following placement of your order call 1-850-462-9485 or e-mail email@example.com to inform us that you are a tax exempt organization, and also fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate to 717-859-8166. After the order is shipped, the credit card will be credited with the sales tax amount.
Out-of-stock items: Because we partner with artisans from remote communities around the world, we cannot guarantee the availability of out-of-stock items. Our artisan partners are continually crafting new items and do not maintain an inventory of past wares. For this reason, we do not offer backorders.
After you place an order, you will see a confirmation screen that includes your order number. You will also receive a confirmation email that includes an order summary. If you created an account, you can log in and check your order status on the My Orders page.
Damaged merchandise: If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, contact us at 1-850-462-9485.
